I am a NLP weight loss coach and emotional eating expert. As well as coaching clients, I teach life coaching for the Jerusalem Coaching Institute.
I will not tell you what to eat, this I leave to dietitians and medical professionals. I will help you discover and overcome the reasons why you may eat too much or when sad, down, bored or late at night. Helping you deal better with stress and anxiety, the main causes of unbalanced eating. I do not have a 'one size fits all' attitude and will tailor-make coaching to suit your needs.
